Started off as a corporate gifts company that provides customised hamper packing services and other gift ideas on different festive seasons, we explored into wholesale trade by distributing festive cookies to complement our hampers business.
Over the years, we have become the wholesale distributor of festive cookies, condiments and staple food while maintaining our origin as a hampers company. We will continue to scout more items to cater the daily needs of our customers. We import merchandise directly from manufacturers overseas and distribute directly to retailers.
Job Description
Job Scope:
- Provide prompt, helpful and courteous customer service
- Process order and perform cashier duties
- Handle customers’ feedback and answer phone call
- Prepare items for online and wholesale deliveries
- Manage inventory, arrange stock, replenish products and label items
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Perform packing and other preparation works for festive seasons
- Assist in adhoc duties as and when required
Job Requirement:
- Retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not always required
- Self-motivated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle heavy goods
- Able to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment
