Job Role & Mission
The core role is to be part of the Frontline brand ambassador, part of the service team interacting with customers and inbound enquries instore, inbound from phone enquiries and online. We have very genuine and meaninful relationships with our customer base so this best suits a people person with excellent communication skills.
You must be familiar with dogs, have an interest in their natural raw feeding and natural health. We are NOT a pet store.
You will be involved in other business departments to learn and assist during peak times.
- Social Media Posts & Updates ( can you take great phone photos?) Would love to see them.
- Onine & Website Administration
- Pick/Packing online orders
- Warehouse - Assist unloading boxes, general warehouse upkeep, and performing stock takes and inventory checks as needed
Must Haves

- Physically fit ( ladders and some lifting required)
Work Hours
- 9am to 5pm Mon to Friday
- 9am to 4pm Saturdays
- A variety of of shifts available
