Showroom Management 1) Responsible and accountable for: a) Sales target setting and marketing/promotional campaign management b) Managing all SR (Showroom) Customer Complaints/feedbacks 2) Manage Showroom sales and promotion, merchandising and display: a) request and organise new products/promotional materials to be displayed in SR b) photostat and ensure all recipes for mixes are available for SR customers c) email and phone enquiries 3) Showroom Membership programme: a) Recruiting and coordination of the programme and campaigns b) key in membership and update members' data (phone, email, etc.). c) monitor and re-order membership cards and ensure that cards are in running numbers 4) Showroom people management role, including but not limited to: a) Attendance tracking b) Commissions c) Recruiting and orientation activities d) Welfare & HR areas of SR team e) Product Training for SR team 5) Manage administrative task for Showroom (SR): a) oversee SR day to day operation b) handle customer’s complaints on products and services c) organise and coordinate samples to SR d) replying and coordinate SR enquiries e) coordination of sales process from quotation, follow-up payment till delivery via operations or courier company f) generate invoices for SR 6) Showroom Stock Management: a) reconciliation of stock discrepancies, backorders, adjustments, etc. b) create bar code, product code, packing, price & etc. c) reconciliation of SR physical stocks quantities with backorder adjustments. 7) Increase showroom operational efficiency a) Suggest improvement plans on operational matters in showroom on an ongoing basis b) Stock Management & planning c) Visual Merchandising (VM) and planning of SR 8) Showroom Courses and Baking Classes a) advertisement in various medias b) email blast mailing list c) monitoring of attendance d) compilations of recipes; flyers and handouts e) provide assistance in SR after baking classes 1) New showroom planning for the new building: a) Work with contractors to design the layout of the new showroom and cafe b) Regular check up to ensure retail construction and renovation is according to plan 2) POS system implementation planning and maintenance: a) Source for POS vendor and oversee selection process b) Follow through implementation process to ensure system is in working conditionLeading importer and distributor of Bakery ingredients, equipment and utensils.
