Consultant (9-Month Fixed Term Contract) - Thailand (Remote) [Thailand]

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to join our team in Thailand on a 9-month fixed term contract. As a consultant, you will be responsible for conducting Gallup surveys, analyzing data, and delivering actionable recommendations to clients across various industries. Your insights will enable our clients to better understand their employees and customers and implement strategies to enhance their performance and organizational culture. Candidates with a background in the financial industry will be preferred.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify their specific objectives and survey requirements.
  • Analyze big data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights related to employee engagement and customer experience.
  • Generate comprehensive reports that clearly communicate survey findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Present survey results and recommendations to internal working team and client with meaningful discussions.
  • Work diligently and demonstrate a strong work ethic to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of survey projects and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, research, and best practices related to employee engagement and customer experience.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Organizational behavior, Engineering, Statistic, Mathematics).
  • Proven experience in strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g. Excel, SPSS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Background in the financial industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Full Fluency in both Thai and English languages.
  • You must be able to work in Thailand on a full-time basis
